The beginning of the second-trimester beings nervousness and excitement. Hopefully, the morning sickness has gone and now you can enjoy this wonderful new stage of pregnancy (if you are still dealing with morning sickness check out 10 Tips For Dealing With Morning Sickness here).

The second trimester is a great time to start preparing the baby room and yourself as your belly grows and you start getting uncomfortable. Most pregnant women have more energy during the second trimester which makes getting prepared easier.

There is a lot that needs to get done before your little bundle of joy arrives and it may seem overwhelming but the easiest thing to do is take it one day at a time.

Making a list of what needs to get done can help make the task seem smaller than it is. Not stressing which is easier said than done is important. Your body is already going through the physical stress of growing a baby there is no need to add more stress.

Starting simple is the best way to go and remember you don’t need to do it all yourself. Ask a family member, friend, partner, or spouse to help you out. That way you are not tiring your self out 24/7.

She even asked her mom for “a crying and pooping baby doll” for Christmas when she was just 6 years old. Certain events took place to where Kara was diagnosed with Endometriosis, and doctors told her that having her own children might be impossible. She spent years trying to figure out her health by trying everything under the sun that you can think of. It wasn’t until a few years after she was married that both she and her husband figured it out, and they were blessed with their first baby girl!
